We’re hiring a Retrofit Trainer to deliver Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), Retrofit Assessor (RA), and Retrofit Coordinator (RC) courses remotely to learners nationwide.This is an exciting opportunity to join the green skills revolution and play a key role in developing the workforce required for PAS 2035 retrofit roles.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Retrofit Trainer, you will:
- Deliver high-quality remote training for DEA, RA, and RC qualifications.
- Support learners with guidance, assessment feedback, and mentoring throughout their course.
- Ensure all training is fully compliant with PAS 2035 and awarding body requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of retrofit training content.
- Stay up to date with energy efficiency standards, sustainability practices, and retrofit regulations.
- Qualification as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), Retrofit Assessor, or Retrofit Coordinator (Level 5).
- Strong understanding of retrofit standards, PAS 2035 compliance, and energy efficiency practices.
- Experience in training, teaching, or coaching (teaching qualification desirable).
- Confidence using digital learning platforms and online training tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Salary from £35,000+ (DOE)
