- Experience in delivery high-quality customer facing housing management service.
- You must have knowledge of housing regulations and other relevant legislation.
- Experience working in partnership with external agencies.
- Ability to prioritise your workload in order to meet targets and deadlines.
- Experience of effective and positive team working as well as using your own initiative to resolve situations.
- Excellent numeracy, ICT, and literacy skills with the ability to analyse data and write reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy in dealing with and resolving dispute situations.
- You must have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
