- You must have experience working within a social housing environment.
- Demonstrable experience of managing tenancies and ASB cases effectively.
- You have the ability to prioritise workload in order to meet targets and deadlines.
- You can analyse data and write reports.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- You’re self-motivated and able to use your initiative to find solutions.
- You can ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, and risk is managed appropriately.
- You must have a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
