Senior Design Manager - Infrastructure ProjectWe're seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary design efforts on a high-profile infrastructure programme based in West London.This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team driving innovation and quality across complex, large-scale developments. You'll play a pivotal role in managing design workflows, coordinating consultants and suppliers, and ensuring seamless integration of technical solutions from concept through delivery.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the design process across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with project scope, programme, and quality standards.
Coordinate internal and external design teams, including architectural, structural, and specialist suppliers.
Oversee production of detailed design packages, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.
Act as the primary interface between design, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure constructability and programme alignment.
Champion continuous improvement, safety in design, and best practice across all phases of the project lifecycle.
About You
7-10 years' experience in design management or technical coordination roles within complex infrastructure or built environment projects.
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design processes and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable navigating evolving project requirements and driving clarity across teams.
Formal qualification in Design, Engineering, or Project Management.
