This role focuses on major transformational programmes across the water sector and other industries, including aviation, defence, energy, and city development. The successful applicant will lead multidisciplinary design teams, delivering solutions that have a lasting impact.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the delivery of high-quality, compliant technical design work
Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to competitive bid proposals
Collaborate with teams across multiple UK and international offices to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary solutions
Identify, communicate, and manage project risks effectively
Maintain the highest standards of quality assurance in all design activities

Job Requirements:

Chartered Civil Engineer (essential)
Experience in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary and Design & Build projects
Strong technical knowledge in water/wastewater treatment, storage solutions, hydraulics, and network systems
Familiarity with current UK design standards and industry best practice
Commercial awareness and experience managing the contractual and programme elements of projects
