- Proven Agile Leadership & Strategic Delivery: Substantial experience leading complex Agile projects and a proven track record of delivering strategic product initiatives, all underpinned by your expert knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Advanced Roadmap, Backlog & Tool Proficiency: Advanced skills in developing and managing impactful product roadmaps and backlogs, effectively utilising tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha! to translate OVO's strategic vision into actionable plans.
- Exceptional Communication & Collaborative Influence: Outstanding communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, build consensus, and align teams towards OVO's shared goals.
