Salary: £35,000-£40,000 D.O.EHours: Full-time, 67.5 hours per fortnight (on an alternating pattern of 37.5 hours per week and 30 hours the next week)Join one of the biggest and most respected national e-commerce successes in our industry. CMO SUPERSTORES Ltd is an online supplier of building materials, sold across multiple specialist e-commerce stores. We are seeking a self-motivated, organised, experienced, and high-performing PHP Web Developer to join our team. You will be helping develop our custom ecommerce platform and websites so strong experience building systems on a LAMP stack is essential as well as front-end skills (HTML/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript).Essential skills and experience
  • Linux Apache MySQL PHP (LAMP stack)
  • HTML/HTML5
  • CSS/CSS3
  • JavaScript (preferably using the jQuery library)
  • Cross-browser and cross-device development (e.g. responsive design)
  • GIT
  • Basic server administration
  • HTML email development
  • Ability and desire to learn new technologies
  • Significant experience in a Web Developer position
  • Symfony or alternative framework
Desirable skills and experience
  • Website deployment strategies
  • Knowledge of open source platforms and software
  • Understanding of PSR standards
