- Define and implement pass/fail criteria for critical defect inspections across inline, incoming, and outgoing stages.
- Defect Analysis Tool Leadership
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive defect library/catalogue.
- Update and distribute relevant documentation and specifications to production and manufacturing teams.
- Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting for new or unidentified defects.
- Establish and promote best practices for defect inspection procedures and sampling methodologies.
- Train and support operators and technicians in defect inspection standards.
- Collaborate with Defect Engineers on both optical and SEM-based defect classification and reviews.
- Proven industrial experience in semiconductor or LED manufacturing environments.
- Comfortable working with microscopes and inspection tools in a cleanroom setting.
- Familiarity with failure analysis techniques such as FIB, SEM, and EDX.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative team mindset.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
