
Sales Leader - Germany

- Based in Germany or able to travel there regularly from the UK
- Represent Arup and the Oasys business
- Develop a business plan for commercial growth in the region, through new sales; expansion of existing business; and enhanced collaboration with partners
- Visit customers regularly to promote and support the company and its products
- Lead new sales activities and pursue opportunities with new customers for the Arup and Oasys businesses
- Collaborate with the existing partners, spending time at partner and customer sites
- Build relationships with other potential regional collaborators
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Experience of the Oasys LS-DYNA Environment Suite, with the ability to demonstrate and support its use
- Commercially focused and able to design and execute a business plan for growth through product sales in the region
- Automotive CAE experience is preferred
- Previous sales experience an advantage
- Ability to articulate Arup's strategy and Oasys plans for growth in the European region
