- Lead a team of door-to-door sales executives, bringing our innovative broadband and telecoms products to local communities, primarily in the residential market
- Be responsible for the delivery of your teams’ KPIs in line with business goals.
- Help to recruit a quality team, capable of converting sales and building a pipeline.
- Be hands-on in the field, providing real-time coaching and mentoring to help your team hit and exceed their goals.
- Train our trainees to become experts in sales, ensuring they help build brand awareness and drive our growth.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to drive success and improve performance in your region.
- Keep the team motivated, informed, and focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience (field, door-to-door, or face-to-face sales experience).
- A proven track record in coaching and development, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
- A can-do attitude, a drive to succeed, and an unshakable work ethic.
- A passion for delivering excellence, with attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Salary: up to £34k including travel allowance, plus commission (OTE £50K+)
