
Hire Fleet Controller

You’ll be the person keeping everything moving—literally. In this customer-focused role, you’ll coordinate the hire and movement of our environmental municipal equipment, making sure everything is delivered on time, in great condition, and with the right paperwork in place.
- Work closely with sales, fleet and service teams to get the right kit out to the right place
- Coordinate deliveries and collections with internal drivers and third-party hauliers
- Manage documentation and compliance, including insurance and purchase orders
- Ensure customers have everything they need to keep things running smoothly
- Help grow our business by spotting up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
You’re organised, calm under pressure, and know your way around a hire contract. You enjoy dealing with people, solving problems, and getting things done.
- Experience in rental coordination, logistics or similar industries
- Strong admin and communication skills
- Confident working with customers and internal teams
- Ready to take ownership of paperwork, systems and scheduling
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, operational environment
