
Senior Bid Manager

- Lead the preparation and submission of competitive bids in line with client specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary technical and commercial information.
- Ensure all bids meet industry and compliance standards within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Analyse bid requirements to identify risks and opportunities for the business.
- Maintain and update bid documentation and databases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality proposals.
- Track and report on the progress of bids to senior management.
- Support the sales team in securing new business and achieving revenue targets.
- 4+ years experience in a Bids related role
- Proven experience in bid management, ideally in a similar sector such as engineering, energy services, manufacturing - although this is not essential.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Strong track record of managing end to end, high value bids.
- APMP qualification is desirable.
- Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling proposals.
- Proficiency in bid management tools and software to streamline processes.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
