With a strong reputation built over two decades, they offer a genuinely collaborative environment where Quantity Surveyors work closely with in-house architects, project managers, and surveyors to deliver quality-led solutions.The RoleYou'll play a key role in providing full pre and post-contract cost management services across a variety of exciting schemes. Expect involvement from early feasibility stages right through to final account, including:*Preparation of cost plans, tender documentation and procurement advice
*Risk management, valuations, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle
*Supporting the development of junior QS staff and collaborating with other technical disciplines
*Working closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure cost-effective deliveryWhat We're Looking For*Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side environment
*Ideally MRICS or working toward chartership
*Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
*Comfortable managing multiple projects and liaising with internal design teams
