Start Date: September/October 2025Are you passionate about education and eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners?GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming secondary school in Winchester. This full-time, term-time only role offers a fantastic opportunity to support students in a classroom setting and contribute to their academic and personal development.About the RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support to students in small groups. Your role will be instrumental in helping students access the curriculum, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities of Learning Support Assistant (LSA):
  • Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Support students in small groups, helping them understand and complete tasks.
  • Build positive relationships with students to encourage participation and learning.
  • Promote a supportive and inclusive environment for all learners.
  • Help track student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

  • Experience working with young people in an educational or support setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
