- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and industry influencers.
- Ensure high-quality, on-brand event materials.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Define and track KPIs.
- Analyse event performance and provide insights.
- Maintain post-event reporting for continuous improvement.
- Experience: Proven experience in event management, ideally within a B2B context. Demonstrated success in delivering experiential marketing campaigns and immersive brand experiences.
- Project Management: Highly organised with exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and complex projects with precision.
- Creativity: A creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through events. Ability to bring fresh ideas and innovative thinking to deliver standout, brand-aligned experiences.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels. Strong relationship-building skills to engage with internal stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in event management tools and marketing platforms (e.g., CRM, social media, analytics). Ability to leverage technology to enhance event planning and execution.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to define and track KPIs, analyse event performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally and work outside standard hours during event periods.
