Job Description:Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join an exciting Professional Services company experiencing huge growth based in Bristol. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:£50,000 - £55,000 plus excellent benefits including performance bonus and hybrid workingRole responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Support and partner the Commercial Operations division to support planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring
  • Build strong relationships with operational teams to influence and guide business decisions using financial analysis and reporting
  • Prepare and deliver monthly management reports, dashboards and KPIs to provide financial insight
  • Support business case development for new initiatives/investments and projects
  • Consistently monitor performance and proactively search for opportunities for improvement
Person specification:
  • CIMA/ACCA qualified
  • Ability to communicate with clarity and to have confidence in dealing with all levels of staff and external partners
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Self-starter with initiative and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
