Hybrid working will be supported.What you will do:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant for the Public Protection Health Team. The Public Protection Service includes Child Protection; Adult Support and Protection; and Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC). We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team and assist in the provision of a comprehensive, confidential and coordinated service across the Public Protection Health Team. The postholder will handle highly confidential information regarding public protection matters (child protection and adult support and protection); manage telephone calls from various sources; co-ordinate public protection training for NHS staff and maintain various admin systems and processes.For further information on the role please click the link below to view the job descriptionKnowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:You must be educated to SVQ 3 level or equivalent; have excellent organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written); excellent knowledge in the use of computer software packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams and experience of using electronic health systems is desirable.For further information on the requirements for the role please click the link below to view the person specificationHours:37 hours per week, fixed term / secondment until 31st March 2026.
