- Critical Care HCA Competency Programme
- Awareness of needs of patients, relatives, and carers in the Critical Care environment
- Awareness of the differences in HCA role in CCU
- Good level of computer literacy
- Competence in Basic Life Support
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in response to changing situations.
- Exemplary personal standards of conduct and behaviour
