The Community Rehabilitation service provides community therapy services across North East Essex. We are looking for experienced and self-motivated administration professionals to support the clinicians with essential patient related, non clinical tasks and administration. Successful candidates will be highly organised individuals who are able to identify solutions and work using their own initiative.This post will provide essential support to the clinical team enabling them to focus on direct patient care.Applicants must have a full, clean driving licence and their own transportThis post can be based at Kennedy House, Clacton, or The Crescent, ColchesterMain duties of the jobClinical Support Officers will be an integral part of the service, managing clinical administration and other tasks which may include:Registration and initial screening of the Community Rehabilitation and Strength & Balance service referralsPatient advice, support and liaison for the Strength and Balance classesYou will work closely with the Community Rehabilitation Team, supporting with delegated clinical and non-clinical tasks to ensure the smooth running of the serviceYou will allocate all Community Rehab patient visits on SystmOneCreate and apply ledgersFirst point of contact for staff and patientsLiaison with other health professionalsYou will provide direct administration support to the clinical team including ordering, maintaining stock and other general administrative tasks including photocopying, printing.You will work in close collaboration with, and under the management of the Professional and Clinical Leads.Full training and support will be provided to ensure optimum staff performance and service delivery.You will have the ability to build relationships with patients, helping to support and motivate them.
