- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company's market presence, focusing on increasing market share and maximizing revenues across Fitch's key sectors and markets within EMEA.
- Act as the marketing advisor for Fitch Ratings' Business Relationship Management (BRM) group, collaborating with business partners and advising stakeholders on optimal marketing and communication strategies.
- Lead the planning and management of events, coordinating with internal clients and the Global Events team to implement effective campaigns targeting key contacts and speakers, ensuring high quality attendance and visibility.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to identify and leverage external speaking engagements and media partnerships.
- Work with the digital and social media team to develop and deploy social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Review and create business collateral
- Partner with Fitch's analytical specialists to strategically position thought leadership and intellectual capital, ensuring the optimization of premium research content for business development.
- Script and storyboard video content to support country and sector-focused marketing campaigns.
- Work with the Design team to develop advertising and marketing content for events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to oversee and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective communication with regional offices to maximize the efficiency of marketing expenditures.
- Implement reporting mechanisms to share marketing KPIs with senior leadership, assessing ROI on marketing activities and investments.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the financial services sector.
- Experience in marketing within a global organisation
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic business marketing plans and managing budgets.
- Experience with digital marketing, including digital advertising, account-based marketing, and social media (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Weibo, WeChat, etc.),
- Strong written (including copywriting) and verbal communication and presentation skills required
- Experience with email marketing and target audience development; familiarity with Marketo (Or equivalent CMS platform) and ON24
- Innovative and proactive in identifying new commercial opportunities and marketing strategies.
- Strong project management, communication, content development, and editorial skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
- Capable of working with senior management on strategic marketing while being willing to engage in tactical, hands-on work to ensure success.
