You'll work closely with our GPs and wider clinical team to deliver services such as:
  • Chronic disease management (e.g. diabetes, asthma, COPD)
  • Immunisations and vaccinations
  • Cervical screening
  • Health promotion and lifestyle advice
  • Family planning and sexual health services
