As a HR Manager, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing accurate advice in line with current employment legislation
- Lead and implement HR strategy aligned with the company’s goals and values
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
- Support managers with performance reviews, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes
- Maintain and develop HR policies, procedures, and documentation while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
As a HR Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience in a standalone HR role or similar position
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Comfortable managing both strategic projects and hands-on day-to-day HR administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working within a fast-paced SME or similar environment is desirable
As a HR Manager, you will get:
- A salary of up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
