An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join the Outpatients nursing team at Yeovil District Hospital NHS Foundation Trust HospitalWe are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, have a kind and caring attitude towards patients, families and colleagues and who will be positive team members. To demonstrate good interpersonal skills and to develop practical skills required within the speciality, whist reflecting the philosophy of care.To deliver patient care on a daily basis, using the systems in place in the department for a multi-disciplinary approach to patient-centred care delivery, which builds on the philosophy of greater involvement of patients and their relatives/carers by using the Trusts patient and public involvement strategy.Experienced Band 5 post holders will also provide effective clinical and managerial leadership of the department, in the absence of the senior members of the team, which empowers staff to deliver patient- centred, evidence based nursing care.About usAt Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, we're committed to supporting our employees with a range of benefits designed to enhance your professional and personal life.
