We have Community Staff Nurse positions available within the team, based in Yeovil.Our service covers the urban and rural areas of Yeovil . These positions are dayshifts and are usually 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm. You'll also work one twilight shift per week (2pm-10pm) and one in three weekends which include additional unsocial hours enhanced payments. There are no night shifts. You'll develop a broad range of nursing skills, including IV medication administration, palliative and end-of-life care, complex wound management, catheter and continence care, diabetes management, PICC line care, medication administration, and drain tube management.You'll need to make autonomous clinical decisions and create holistic care plans, with the support of your colleagues and Team Leaders.
