You'll work closely with project teams to maintain quality standards while meeting programme and budget targets.Key Responsibilities:Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecastsManaging subcontractor packages from procurement to final accountConducting site visits and valuationsMonitoring variations and change managementSupporting contract negotiations and risk managementReporting regularly to senior commercial leadershipREQUIREMENTS
5+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction industry
