- Provide in-class support to the Teacher and students, assisting with lessons and classroom activities.
- Work with small groups or individual students who may need extra help to grasp a concept.
- Prepare learning resources and materials, ensuring the classroom is well-stocked and organized.
- Help manage classroom behavior and promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing displays, photocopying, and keeping records.
- Supervise children during break times and trips, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with teachers and parents about student progress and development.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting, is highly desirable.
- Patience and Enthusiasm: The ability to be patient, understanding, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping children learn.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
