  • Supporting the Teacher: You'll assist the class Teacher with daily tasks, including preparing classroom materials and helping with lesson delivery.
  • Student Support: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them with reading, writing, and other activities.
  • Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment, encouraging good behavior and a safe space for all learners.
  • Monitoring Progress: Observe and report on student progress and development to the teacher.
  • Pastoral Care: Offer a listening ear and emotional support to students, ensuring their well-being is a top priority.
  • Extracurricular Activities: Assist with lunchtime supervision, school trips, and other school-related activities.
