- A proven background in new home sales, ideally already at Sales Manager level – though ambitious Senior Advisors or Team Leaders ready for the step up may also be considered.
- Experience selling homes off-plan and supporting sales teams to deliver results.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and market trends.
- Confident IT skills and experience in reporting and performance tracking.
