Join Samsung, a global leader in innovation, and be part of a team dedicated to delivering residual value growth and exceptional customer value through sustainable refurbishment solutions!Role and ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for leading and developing a team that supports the wider ambitions of Samsung’s device refurbishment programme to driving growth, ensure quality, and build trust and reputation within the secondary market place.Program Leadership and CoordinationLead and coordinate the refurbished devices taskforce, overseeing weekly cross-functional activities to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end program and its associated development gates.Strategic Reviews and ReportingSet, steer and lead weekly, quarterly and long-term reviews across the Refurb Taskforce, SteerCo [Strategic Leadership Team], Europe and HQ. Serve as the key point of contact for sharing SEUK business insights, sales and revenue forecasting and ad-hoc required feedback / program insight.End-to-End Sales Process OptimisationDeliver a smooth and efficient Refurb end-to-end sales process by building strong internal cross-functional networks and fostering external partner and customer relationships.Financial Performance ManagementDrive revenue growth and RV development by maintaining a clear understanding and effective management of financial Key Performance Indicator’s.Business Project EvolutionManage the continuous evolution of Refurb business projects through cross-functional and virtual teams, seeing opportunities for revenue growth.Strategic Planning and AnalysisConduct regular planning and analysis to uncover opportunities and gaps, providing solutions that drive positive revenue growth.Market Intelligence and Relationship ManagementMaintain relationships with key partners and customers to drive revenue growth.
