We're looking for a skilled and motivated Plumber Multi Trade to join a dynamic team working across social housing properties in Lewisham. As the Plumber Multi Trade you will be responsible for:
  • Carrying out maintenance works and servicing our clients properties
  • Installing Bathrooms and Kitchens
  • Replacing immersion tanks and immersion heaters
  • locating and repairing hot and cold water bursts
  • Excavating the ground to repair cold water supplies and drainage systems
The successful Plumber Multi Trade will have:
  • Social housing experience
  • Qualified City & Guilds or NVQ level 2
  • 6 or less points on licence
  • Can pass a DBS check
