We’re a global team of experts who partner with our customers to bring their products to life through inspired innovation and world-class customer service.The Role:As part of our dynamic and diverse team of engineers, you will play a crucial role in the complete product development lifecycle – from requirements capture to production. Collaborating with a mix of software, hardware, mechanical, and quality engineers, you will be instrumental in delivering world-class solutions to our clients. Whether it involves designing hardware subsystems, mentoring junior engineers, or spearheading continuous improvement initiatives, you will have the opportunity to lead technically challenging projects and make a real impact.What You Will Do:
  • Lead the design and development process, including concept definition, requirements analysis, detailed design, board bring-up, and manufacturing support.
  • Create high quality deliverables for our customers, including schematics, layout guidelines, design documents, verification test documents, and EMC test plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts within your area of expertise.
Essential Skills:
  • Possess 10 or more years of industrial experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong track record in designing complex and high-performance electrical hardware for demanding applications in space, aerospace, defense, and medical devices. Examples include: robust power supplies, nimble control systems, precision sensing and instrumentation.
  • Proficient in schematic capture using CAD tools like Cadence, Altium, or Mentor.
  • Knowledgeable about PCB layout requirements.
  • Familiar with industry-specific standards and regulations such as MILSTD, ECSS, or ISO 13485.
  • Experienced in reliability analysis, qualification testing, debugging, and testing of new designs.
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
