- Leading the strategic direction of the on-shore and off-shore S&S Training Team to support long-term business objectives.

- Executing a structured framework to empower Line Trainers and Buddies in delivering impactful, consistent training.
- Overseeing the development and upkeep of training content to ensure compliance and alignment with evolving standards.
- Engaging with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to build strategic partnerships that enhance training delivery.
- Integrating modern training technologies and methodologies that support future capability needs and business priorities.
- Evaluating the effectiveness and value of training initiatives using analytics, feedback, and strategic insight.
- Championing training as a catalyst for transformation, ensuring it supports broader organisational change and growth.
- Extensive experience in strategic training management, ideally within a contact centre or similar environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive innovation in training strategies.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in continuous improvement and strategic evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A track record of developing high-performing teams aligned to organisational goals.
- Experience in insurance or a regulated industry is desirable.
