- Provide market analysis and create detailed business plans
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring needs are met
- Lead, inspire, and mentor the Sales and Business Development team
- Build partnerships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, leading negotiations where necessary
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability
- Collaborate with senior leadership to maximise opportunities and create value
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal frameworks
- Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure quality service delivery
- Lead customer communication, acquisition, and commercial process improvements
- Directly manage Sales Surveyors and Key Account Managers
- Significant professional experience in a senior commercial role
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams
- Strong commercial and interpersonal skills with experience managing client relationships
- Deep understanding of sales, finance, and marketing strategy
- Knowledge of performance reporting, financial planning, and budgeting
- Experience implementing growth strategies and market analysis
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
