Role: Passive Fire Project Manager (Fire Doors)Location: HampshireSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annumTechnical Resources are looking for a Passive Fire Project Manager. This role offers the chance to lead and deliver multiple fire door installation, upgrade, and maintenance projects across Hampshire. You'll be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with industry standards.Responsibilities:
  • Lead fire door projects from inception through to completion.
  • Plan resources, manage site delivery, and oversee contractors and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with fire door regulations, British Standards, and accreditation requirements.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and project reporting.
  • Monitor quality and performance via inspections and audits.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure best practice installation.
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and promote health, safety, and compliance on all sites.
Experience and Certifications Required:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in passive fire protection, with a focus on fire doors.
  • Strong knowledge of fire door regulations, installation, and compliance standards.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with full commercial responsibility.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • High standards of customer service and stakeholder engagement.
  • IT literate with reporting and project tracking experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
