
Field Service Engineer UPS (on-site)

- Major part shall be customer trainings, technical support incl. on-site diagnostics/troubleshooting for critical cases.
- On-site diagnostics and service
- Responsible for overall service related technical documentation used in EMEA, definition of scope of service jobs for each product (installation/commissioning/annual maintenance), spare parts list with substitution matrix.
- Building and managing network of service partner within EMEA
- Commercial mind-set. Able and experienced in transforming customers' pain points into business opportunity.
- At least 3 years of related experience as electrical engineer
- Understanding of power & infrastructure solutions
- Able to discuss and communicate technical details both at a high level and in simple Open to innovation and new technologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, highly achievement driven and team player
- Willing to travel within EMEA region
- Able to communicate fluent English
