This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, varied employment matters alongside the London team and colleagues across their global offices.You'll advise a wide range of blue-chip and multinational clients across sectors including financial services, technology, life sciences, transport, and retail, handling both domestic and international employment law issues.Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice on TUPE transfers, redundancy processes, and employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Leading or supporting multi-jurisdictional projects such as global restructurings, compliance reviews, and policy rollouts
- Managing Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and equal pay
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, settlement agreements, and employment policies
- Conducting investigations into workplace grievances and whistleblowing allegations
- Advising on data privacy matters and managing data subject access requests
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales with relevant employment law experience
- Demonstrable track record of handling complex employment matters, ideally with multi-jurisdictional exposure
- Commercially astute, proactive, and an excellent team collaborator
