Project Architect£40,000-£46,000PermanentLeicester, East MidlandsConrad Consulting are currently in partnership with a world-renowned Architectural practice, seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their team in the Leicester office. The practice feature consistently and prominently in the AJ100 list of practices, alongside being voted as one of the best companies to work for in the UK.You will be exposed to a wide and diverse range of projects and sectors, with work completed and in the pipeline in areas such as; Commercial, Industrial, Education, Healthcare, Residential, Mixed-Use & more. An Architect with a solid background in large scale projects valuing in the region of £50mill would be ideal for this position.You will be involved in projects from inception to completion, which will potentially see you leading a team and running projects of your own. You must therefore be confident in a client facing role, while also able to showcase your design flair and technical knowledge. The practice operate heavily in the Logistics and Industrial sectors, so prior experience in these areas in particular would be hugely advantageous.Requirements of the Architect for this role include the following:
  • UK recognised Part 1, 2 & 3 Qualifications.
  • ARB registered / RIBA accredited.
  • At least 3 years of post qualification experience in relevant sectors and project sizes.
  • Comfortable in a client facing role, running projects and leading teams of Architectural Assistants and Junior Architects.
  • Logistics/Industrial experience would be advantageous
  • Software proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit
The practice offer an excellent salary and benefits package which includes the following:
  • Base salary in the region of £40,000-£46,000.
  • Profit share based on performance of the business.
