- Successful involvement in service design, development and/or organisational change/transformation project work.
- Experience and evidence of involvement in service development, governance, policy, process and organisational change.
- Effective end-to-end project delivery experience from scoping to achieving outcomes
- Ability to use of a range of delivery management methodologies, principles and techniques to plan, monitor and progress delivery to completion.
- Capability to ensuring a focus on people throughout: delivering change while building trust and buy-in.
- Experience of working on process improvement programmes with knowledge of lean six sigma.
- Influencing and negotiation skill to work with stakeholders to keep things on track and ensure progress in the face of uncertainty of different perspectives
- Pragmatism and flexibility to implement delivery approaches to suit organisational context.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills to work with senior leaders and peers in a collaborative and consultative manner that enables delivery.
- Experience of delivering within complex programmes and projects in large organisations
- Experience of managing a project team involving programme and operational staff. Influencing team members not under direct management.
- Highly collaborative, able to work colleagues in a wide variety of contexts, delivering results that consider the widest needs of the organisation
- Ability to work within a SAFe Agile environment, including Termly Increment (TI) Planning, as well as with Product Teams.
- Experience of working within a complex and large scale environment, within a higher education, research, government, legal, regulatory, international or equivalent environment.
- Experience of large-scale recruitment, including use of recruitment systems
- Professional Agile or Project Management Qualification
- Understanding of SAFe Agile, Scrum and Kanban and an ability to implement them in a complex environment.
