- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the Food & AgTech sectors
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Sales Support:
- Assist senior sales team members in large and enterprise opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Contract renewals
- Account Management:
- Manage and retain existing client accounts
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to current clients
- Sales Activities and Campaigns:
- Execute key sales activities and participate in targeted campaigns
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Performance Targets:
- Work towards achieving a defined sales target (specific metrics to be discussed)
- Report on sales activities, pipeline, and results regularly
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (advantageous)
- Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
