
Sales Executive (B2B)

- Handle inbound calls and process orders with care and accuracy
- Build rapport and ask the right questions to understand customer needs
- Develop and maintain a healthy business pipeline
- Proactively acquire new customers and grow your client base
- Send and follow up on quotes via phone and email
- Conduct market tests and feed insights back to the team
- Collaborate with our trade team on bulk order quotes
- Hit and exceed your individual and team KPIs for revenue and margin
- Be available across direct lines and the main business line to capture new opportunities and support existing clients
- Work shifts Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm
- A proven background in B2B sales, with a knack for exceeding targets
- Someone who can turn a conversation into a conversion
- Confident communicator and strong relationship builder
- Self-motivated, organised, and goal-driven
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
