Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 basic + Uncapped Commission, 26 days holiday, WFH (After probation and on target), Health Assured, Bonus, Progression, FULL training on Recruitment
Hours: Full Time, Monday–Friday 9am – 5pmAbout Us

We specialise in permanent placements across a wide range of engineering sectors and are now looking for a confident, commercially minded salesperson who wants to develop into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant.The Opportunity
You’ll start in a business development role, using your B2B telesales skills to open doors, build rapport, and book meetings for our consultants. As you grow in confidence and learn the recruitment ropes, you’ll progress into managing your own clients and candidates, taking ownership of the full recruitment process – from first contact to placement.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Making outbound B2B calls to potential client companies
  • Building relationships and understanding their hiring needs
  • Booking appointments and generating warm leads for the team
  • Learning the recruitment process from experienced consultants
  • Progressing into a full Recruitment Consultant role (full training provided)
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven B2B telesales or cold calling experience
  • Resilient, confident, and self-motivated personality
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a hunger to succeed
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback on board
