We are recruiting an O&M Project Manager to join a dynamic team bridging Tender Management and Plant Operations, helping drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.This is a hands-on, senior role with travel across UK and international sites (flights and accommodation booked by the company), offering a combination of strategic influence and operational impact.✅ Key Responsibilities:Lead O&M contracts during the pre-mobilisation phase, closing the gap between Tender Management and the O&M Plant Manager.Support the O&M organisation, ensuring documentation, reporting, lessons learned, and best practices are maintained and shared.Develop and maintain templates, tools, and processes to meet operational and project requirements.Organise and lead workshops to develop and document O&M strategies and continuous improvement plans.Participate in project and business reviews, ensuring information is collected, structured, and communicated effectively.Candidate Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.Strong understanding of O&M business operations, with commercial, financial, and analytical acumen.Energy from Waste experience ideal but candidates from other power generation sectors will also be considered.Proven leadership and project management experience in matrix organisations.Comfortable working in remote/home-based setups while travelling frequently (50%+).What's in it for you:Salary: Circa. £85,000Bonus: 5% performance-relatedRemote / home working with travel opportunities (flights/accommodation paid, meals covered)Standard UK company benefitsChance to shape O&M strategies across multiple sites and influence operational excellenceApply now with your CV or call Ashley on 01329 221 399 for more information.Not for you?
