They are a privately owned business with a £25m + turnover who are known for their commitment to excellence, innovation, and employee development.As a senior member of their team, you'll be responsible for managing commercial sprinkler projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage 1 - 2 commercial sprinkler projects across London.Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure successful delivery.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive project success.Ensure all works comply with British Standards (BS EN 12845), LPCB, and industry regulations.Manage procurement, logistics, and on-site installation teams.Conduct risk assessments and implement health & safety best practices.Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle.MUST Have's To Be ConsideredProven experience in managing commercial fire sprinkler projects in the UK.Strong knowledge of BS EN 12845, LPCB, and other relevant regulations.Exceptional project management, budgeting, and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and site teams.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., LPCB competency, SMSTS, CSCS) are desirable.Why Consider Applying?Privately owned business with a £25m turnover and ambitious growth plans.A company culture that values and supports its employees.Clear career progression opportunities and investment in training and development.A chance to work on high-profile commercial projects.£70k - £75k basic salary + company vehicle/Allowance, and benefits package.If you are interested and would like to be considered, then please forward your CV ASAP.
