Family values sit at the core of their business ethos.About the Role:As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers needing service and repair advice. Your day-to-day will involve assisting customers with service bookings, managing parts orders, handling enquiries, and providing efficient and friendly service that ensures an exceptional customer experience.Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers professionally and assist with service bookings
  • Manage parts enquiries and orders to ensure timely and accurate availability
  • Liaise with Technicians and service team to coordinate repair schedules
  • Provide updates and advice to customers on service progress
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer interactions
Requirements:
  • An understanding of Vehicles is advantageous.
  • Strong customer facing ability
  • Previous experience as a Service or Parts Advisor is ideal
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Good knowledge of Automotive Parts and Repairs
  • Proficiency with relevant software and systems (e.g., parts management systems)
  • Customer-focused with a professional attitude
