Maximising sales revenue delivering 100%+ of agreed booking / revenue targets by managing complex sales cycles Defining an account plan/sales strategy to scale and encourage further sales opportunities. Developing and communicating effective business plans for key customers to establish UKG as a strategic long-term partner Building business focused relationships, demonstrating clear understanding of industry issues and the particular business goals, needs and potential solutions for individual accounts. Generate incremental business within existing accounts through selling additional licences, modules across the organisation or new solutions Coordinating and directing appropriate pre-sales, professional services and other support resources to successfully deliver solutions to clients Proven experience in account management, successful experience within IT /software Solution / ERP Solutions Must be fluent in French and an understanding of doing business in France is highly desirable Proven successful sales track-record and can demonstrate strong customer focus Works through network and search, you will have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present a clear business case Business and financial acumen and relationship management skills Driven to succeed through discipline and self-motivation and a positive & entrepreneurial attitude: 'can do - will do' mentality
