- Support your team in building strong customer relationships.
- Handle complex customer queries and follow up effectively.
- Monitor performance, run individual training, and drive team development.
- Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.
- Jump in and assist with customer enquiries during peak periods.
- Collaborate across departments to improve processes.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our products and IT systems
- Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in customer service.
- Native-level fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- A strong coaching mindset and team-focused attitude.
- Positive, clear communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to juggle priorities and drive performance.
