Hybrid | Edinburgh-based team (Glasgow-based also considered)Iconic Resourcing is proud to be partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact within a values-driven, regulated environment.What you'll be doing:
  • Advising and coaching managers across a range of HR matters including employee relations, absence management, and recruitment
  • Leading on casework including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns and improving candidate experience
  • Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Delivering training and helping build management capability
What we're looking for:
  • Proven HR experience in a regulated setting
  • Confident communicator with strong coaching and influencing skills
  • Comfortable managing a varied caseload and working collaboratively with managers
  • CIPD part-qualified (or equivalent) with solid knowledge of employment legislation
