As an IT recruitment specialist, you'll be a key player in our recruitment initiatives, connecting exceptional IT professionals with leading companies.Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for data-focused roles, from sourcing to placement.
  • Proactively engage top-tier data talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering trusted guidance throughout their recruitment journey.
  • Align client needs with the right data professionals, ensuring seamless matches.
  • Stay updated on the latest data industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies and candidate assessment.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, providing insights and market intelligence for data talent acquisition.
  • Exceed recruitment targets, contributing to the success of our data recruitment division.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within agency settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT landscape, encompassing job roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing IT professionals
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, delivering outstanding candidate and client experiences.
  • Capable of both independent work and collaborative contributions to the growth of the IT recruitment division.
  • Strong organisational skills, managing multiple recruitment processes effectively.
