If you have experience in staff selection or recruitment and want to help talented professionals find their niche roles, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.This role is office-based in Epsom, Surrey, with a focus on delivering exceptional recruitment services to a growing client base within the property sector.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Managing recruitment processes for property industry roles
  • Identifying and matching candidates to client vacancies
  • Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
  • Delivering a high level of customer service and support throughout recruitment cycles
  • Organising and prioritising your workload efficiently
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Previous experience in Estate Agency, Lettings, Property Management, Mortgage Services, or Surveying
  • Recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Highly computer literate with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong customer service focus and confident team player
  • Positive, professional attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
