- Providing efficient and professional secretarial/administrative support to the Business Development Manager and members of the division.
- Organising calendars, events and travel arrangements for the division, taking minutes of various meetings on or off-site.
- Organising training courses, meetings, on and off-site visits, and a variety of other activities using the tools and systems provided.
- Making purchases for the division, including placing orders, checking authorisations and receipts against spend, tracking purchases and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Grade 4 in GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent.
- NVQ Level 3 business administration qualification or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
